The Warehouse group’s latest development ‘Kowhai Falls’ in Warkworth is the most energy efficient building the group has ever built. Utilising LVL and Glulam as well as high spec insulation and solar panels.

The ‘whole of life’ carbon footprint for this project is a fraction of a build only 5 years ago. Is this New Zealand’s most low embodied carbon and energy efficient retail building? Come and see for yourself. Spaces are limited so book now!
