CLT Construction-Stage Site Tour – Ryman Healthcare

Places are filling up fast for the exclusive site tour of Ryman Healthcare’s newest sustainably-built retirement village in Christchurch, Kevin Hickman village.

Attendees will have the opportunity to see the innovative use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction up-close and learn how this mass engineered timber helps reduce the carbon footprint compared to traditional building materials.

AUT A1 Building Tour

AUT’s A1 building, set for completion in 2024, is the first step in the university’s masterplan to reinvigorate the North Campus, providing a new social and academic heart. A timber framed atrium connects the new building with existing facilities. AUT is the most energy efficient university in New Zealand.

Kowhai Falls, Warkworth – Site Tour
